Liturgy Team
This group reviews and coordinates all of the parish's liturgies and other celebrations.Eucharistic Ministers
Those selected to this ministry must be fully initiated and registered members of the community, both male and female, and of sufficient age and maturity. They should have distinguished themselves by lives of faith, prayer, and a willingness to be formed in the ministry of the Church. Above all, they should have an abiding reverence for the presence of Christ in the Eucharistic bread and wine and in the assembly of the faithful.
Readers
Those who fulfill this ministry proclaim God’s word to our community at parish liturgies. They must be of sufficient age and competency, knowledgeable about the Bible and always willing to learn more.
Hospitality Ministers (Ushers)
Men and women in this ministry greet all who come to Mass, guide them to their seats, if necessary, and answer any questions they might have. Their warm welcome and gentle hospitality help to prepare the faithful for their joy-filled participation in our parish liturgies.
Servers
This ministry is open to all youth in the fourth grade and above who have received their First Holy Communion as well as all interested adults. The title “server” clearly underlines their duties: to serve God, his people, and the celebrant at regular Masses, wedding and funeral liturgies, and other special occasions.
Music Ministry
Good music immeasurably enhances all liturgies. As St. Augustine reminds us, “Singing is like praying twice.” Becoming involved in this ministry as a singer or instrumentalist is a wonderful experience that illustrates the Church’s reminder that “great importance should be attached to the use of music in the celebration of the Mass.” Please contact our Music Director at the Parish Office for more information. Check
our bulletin webpage for the choir schedules. Wedding Music The sacred and communal nature of all sacred wedding celebrations requires
careful planning in the selection of music. The following Sound Clips will
assist you in planning appropriate music for your church wedding.

a reference while listening
to the Sound Clips, make your selections, and return the completed last
page to Michelle Rego, Director of Music, at St. Mary Our Lady of Grace
